Can I speak to a customer service rep?
The customer service desk is open Monday to Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm. We would be happy to speak with you to take your requests, confirm your orders, accept payments and arrange collection or delivery. How long will my order take?
A print book order takes on average 3-7 business days from confirmation to delivery. Some orders take longer subject to the availability of the item ordered and the location of the publisher or distributor. You will be notified of the approximate delivery time when you place your order.

Digital titles are generally available within 24 hours subject to publisher and distributor fulfilment.

Do I have to pay before my order is processed and how much?
Individuals will be required to pay the full amount quoted at the time of confirming your order. You may use any of the payment methods listed.

We accept a local purchase order from government, libraries, corporate and institutional customers.

How do I pay?
Payment can be made by any of the following methods:

Customers outside of Barbados can use credit card, PayPal, wire transfer or bank draft.

Where do I collect my order?
You will be asked about your preferred pickup point when confirming your order. Book Source currently has two store locations from which you can pick up your order.

Can I have my order delivered?
Yes, you can. There is a delivery fee of BBD$10-$50 depending on the size of the order and your location. You will be asked to confirm day and time for delivery.

Can I return an item if I no longer want it?
Orders are placed with publishers or distributors with you the client in mind. These items may not be required by other clients. In some cases, publishers or distributors will take returns within 1 month of purchase. Where the publisher or distributor agrees to take back the item, the cost of returning the item to the publisher or distributor plus an administration fee of 20% of the original cost will be paid by the client.
If the item is defective, we would be happy to replace the item.
